Our version boasts an impressive 40 grams of protein per wrap, making it an excellent choice for those looking to meet their daily protein goals without sacrificing flavor.
This recipe yields six hearty wraps, ideal for meal prep or feeding a hungry family. We've carefully balanced the traditional Reuben flavors - tangy sauerkraut, savory pastrami, and creamy dressing - while significantly boosting the protein content. By using a mix of turkey and beef pastrami, we've created a more complex flavor profile that will satisfy even the most discerning palates. The use of high-protein dressing and low-fat Swiss cheese further enhances the nutritional value without compromising on taste.
